Cohesive Polydensified Matrix (CPM) Technology

Belotero filler is manufactured using a proprietary double cross-linking process that creates a polydensified matrix within a single gel. Unlike monophasic fillers with uniform cross-link density, CPM technology produces zones of high and low density within the same product. This allows Belotero filler to adapt to the mechanical forces of different tissue planes, distributing evenly in superficial dermis while maintaining structural volume in deeper layers.
