Micro-Focused Ultrasound for SMAS-Layer Skin Tightening

Micro-focused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V), commercially known as Ultherapy, remains the only FDA-cleared non-invasive device that targets the superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) — the same anatomical layer surgeons address during traditional facelifts.
